Let’s ground into ourselves and a supportive community, working outdoors alongside the ocean in a one-day environmental arts therapy workshop.
Together, we will discover ways of creatively engaging with nature, and stones in particular, to help us ground, intuitively listen, and find resourcing with the natural world. Join us in an art therapy group open to anyone with an acquired brain injury. The group is a safe and supportive space for people to share in the creative process.
