Embrace your sacred, wild feminine, and step into the heart of myth working with creative, land based, and mindful embodiment practices. This 2 hour, 6-week group will bring together a community of Mythic Hearts, where we’ll discover and cultivate a relationship with women in myth that speak directly to our hearts. Working with whichever mythic femme(s) we feel uniquely drawn to, we’ll explore how they may breathe wisdom, wildness, resourcing, and vitality into our lives.
This will be a supportive group environment for anyone who self-identifies as a woman, where all creative expression is valued, working with movement, storytelling and a wide range of art materials. Practicing mindfulness, deep connection, self care and resourcing, let’s journey alongside each other on a shared creative path.
You can join in with HERstory in two ways:
Online – October 13 – November 17 - every Wednesday from 3:30 – 5:30pm PST (6:30-8:30pm EST)
In person - October 13 – November 17 - every Wednesday from 10:00 – 12:00 pm PST (905 Stanley St., Nelson, BC)
